Kubernetes trials are hosted in BENOCS Infrastructure. This minimizes customer setup effort and allows fast deployment. Customer-hosted trials can be discussed if needed.
BENOCS infrastructure hosting is a no-touch service operation in which BENOCS hosts the entire stack of software needed to run Analytics at its data center in Frankfurt Digital Realty. Once the customer connects the respective network to the infrastructure, BENOCS will provision, configure and run the whole service. This option assists in faster deployment and easier network connectivity. It is offered at an additional cost, which is based on your network size, and is largely beneficial for customers who experience delays and challenges in tapping into their internal resources.
Connectivity between the customer and BENOCS is established through an IPsec tunnel using a /29 subnet provided by the customer.
Customer provides:
- /29 IPv4 subnet for BENOCS endpoints;
- Source IPs for flow, BGP, SNMP, and dnstap exports
- Completed Technical Questionnaire answers
BENOCS provides:
- IPsec tunnel configuration and endpoints;
- Access to Analytics web frontend.
