- BENOCS requests details about your network including routers and traffic protocols information as part of customer traffic scoping.
- Customer has selected to proceed with the trials setup, to be hosted with BENOCS.
- BENOCS will prepare and send the customer the link to the Kubernetes trial Technical Setup Guide at www.benocs.com.
- Customer will allocate a/29 network to be routed over the IPsec tunnel towards BENOCS. These IPs will be assigned to ce00 for the BGP+SNMP, netflow00 for IP flow and dns00 for dnstap data flows.
- BENOCS will send across an IPsec Site-to-Site proposal form.
- Customer to complete the Technical Questionnaire, as well as the IPsec Site-to-Site form. This form should be sent to BENOCS sales team, who will pass it on to our deployment team.
- BENOCS and customer configure and enable the IPsec tunnel.
- BENOCS to deploy the trial setup. Our deployment team will advise as soon as this is ready to begin router connectivity testing.
- Customer to configure the connections with new BENOCS iBGP neighbors, as well as allow SNMP access and start sending NetFlow and dnstap.
- BENOCS to fill initial data set in web frontend. For an initial period, we will gather data and, after ensuring its integrity, we will start to populate the web frontend.
- Your account manager at BENOCS will contact you to schedule BENOCS Analytics onboarding and usage trainings.
