ISPs are focused on providing IP solutions to business and residential customers. Their service offerings are more limited/restricted. Usually they don’t offer the whole spectrum of communication options (e.g. mobile, TV). A Communications Service Provider (CSP) is also an ISP but an ISP might not always be a CSP. Examples of CSPs are NetCologne AS8422 and Deutsche Glasfaser AS60294.
