(Linux) DevOps System Engineer (all genders)

• You implement CI/CD best practices, Infrastructure as Code and automated IT processes
• You maintain, monitor and upgrade our physical and virtual server and network infrastructure, on- and off-site
• You evaluate and implement technical processes/scale out solutions to meet our growing business needs
• You manage user access control and permissions of our directory services
• You implement data protection and backup concepts

Languages: Bash, Python, yaml, jinja2

Operating System: Linux

Tools & Frameworks: Ansible, Kubernetes, Postfix, Dovecot, SQL, LDAP, nginx, Git, KVM, Bind9, PowerDNS, NFS, VPN, iptables

• 3+ years of professional experience in operating heterogeneous server farms
• Hands-on experience with architecture, implementation, and operation of a Linux based computing environment
• Experience in developing infrastructure as code using Ansible
• Solid understanding of Git including branching, merging, merge requests and code reviews
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
• Ability to think and work independently on large and complex tasks
• Scripting language knowledge is an advantage
